Your 1st Weeks of New Momma-hood!

What’s safe to do before your 6 week check up?

This workshop is ideal for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters to have the information ready at hand for when they’re a fresh new mom!

Time and time again I hear, “I wish I knew that BEFORE I gave birth!” Learn how to keep your core safe for the remainder of your pregnancy, how to breathe and push during labor, and how to begin moving safely postpartum.

-How to rebuild function in your core and pelvic floor
-Learn what NOT to do to avoid damage or risk of injury
-Confidently begin moving to boost healing, mood, sleep, and more

Next steps for returning to exercise as a new mom!

You had a baby and you may have done some breathing and bracing but you’re ready to return to legit exercise….you know, the stuff that makes you sweat and feel like Xena Warrior Princess! Well Momma, there are proper ways to get back there and we have to be smart about it!

-Graduating Core Rehab (if you haven’t, we’ll go over it!)
-You’re “cleared” at 6 weeks, learn how to progress safely
-Learn what exercises are great for your awesome mom bod
