Transcendental Training for San Diego Women

Research shows decreases in anxiety, depression, stress in women who are part of a community and felt fully supported.

Prenatal movement is shown to decrease pregnancy aches, risks, labor time, and birth interventions. It increases fetal development, balance, strength, endurance, and positive outlook. Throughout motherhood, exercise that’s designed for your mom bod is shown to decrease PMADs and increase healing time, energy, strength, and mood.

Strong Tribe Training

These sessions for conception, pregnancy, and 3+ week postpartum mommas are kept small (6 only) for a reason: intention, focus, accountability, evolution. I work with women who want to show up more compassionate, intentional, healthier, and stronger in their lives.

Every new client goes through a movement screen and orientation before starting classes or personal training.

Classes are $25/session:
Flexible
– pay for 4+ classes at a time
Committed – 6 weeks of 2 classes per week –  $300

One on One sessions are important if you have orthopedic considerations, time constraints, or need in-home training because you’re newly postpartum or have multiple, mobile children!
